I guarantee they care significantly more about people like us an marmite showing up and ruining their ability to play the game than they care about what the hell TEST is doing right now. |

I guarantee they care significantly more about people like us an marmite showing up and ruining their ability to play the game than they care about what the hell TEST is doing right now. Nobody said anything about giant 0.0 alliance. Reading is generally a pretty good skill to have if you're going to (attempt to) communicate. Just saying I never saw the appeal of fighting on the undock with neutral RR bypassing game mechanics and then talking smack. If that doesn't apply to you, move on. If it does...why are you talking to me? So out of the three parties involved in a highsec war: The client who is paying you money to do it, the mercs who are doing it and the target that is the subject of the war, which one is the war irrelevant to.
I'm pretty sure that to those people if a highsec war is irrelevant then every other type of PVP is even more irrelevant. |

I cannot even begin to fathom why a normally respectable person like Tora would go so far out of his way and take so much flak to defend someone who is an clearly a total, unrelenting D-bag. I mean this whole debacle could end up having negative consequences in the long term and I don't see how it can possibly be worth it.
I'd really like to know what your rationale is, Tora. |

yes it does...it demoralizes. Tough null bears aint so tough. Eve is what it is and if they want to trade in hubs or travel my pipes...they gotta pay....with their ship and most time their pod. We're great at sending null bears home....express.
THIS IS WHAT TRADE HUB CAMPERS ACTUALLY BELIEVE |

On the plus side this thread this thread might be good for business. After all you could pay these guys money to do the highsec thing you want doing, or you could pay me. Who would you rather be giving money to. |

yes yes, finally Marmite will have its own Titan bridge Gotta leave high-sec to use it You'd be amazed how many practical uses titan bridges have for a highsec alliance. |

I do apologize for not endlessly camping pipes and trade hubs and only undocking when there's something of interest to shoot at. I have truly shamed the highsec merc community. |

People seem to vastly overestimate the quantity of neutrals we have. There's rarely more than ten. |

If blowing up spaceships isn't a means to hurt someone then the attacker equally has no means of hurting the defender.
All wars do is enable people to shoot eachothers space ships. |

Both the defender and attacker are equally capable of fitting a ship for PVE or for PVP.
There were numerous occasions early on during my PVP career that I was wardeced by people who proceeded to attempt to kill me in PVE fit ships, they failed because I, the defender, was PVP fit. Moreover there's very little difference in terms of skill requirements for effective PVE ships and effective PVP ships. The defender in almost all cases, and particularly in the case of mission and incursion runners entirely capable of being PVP fit if he wants to be.
On a purely mechanical level there's zero difference between the defender and attacker when it comes to their ability to "defeat" the other.
One side not being able to determine a way to beat the other, or being unable or unwilling to execute it is the natural way that a winner or loser in a conflict is determined.
It sounds bizarre to actually be typing this as part of a real conversation, but it is entirely okay and entirely expected for the people who don't know a way to win to lose. That's the very nature of competition. |

The last time one of us got temp banned was when Yuller said some questionable things to some Chinese people. I wasn't privy to that actual conversation but apparently it was quite... err, severe. |

PIRAT are the worst. I don't know that there's any other group contemptible enough that I want to see marmite dunk on them. |

PIRAT coming for revenge is like the a kid with a developmental disorder and one big arm coming at you for revenge. Sure it's potentially dangerous, but you still kind of feel sorry for them. |

What actually strikes me about that video is how awful PIRATs fleet composition is, they have barely any logistics and the logistics they do have is garbage. Also you have to love the random kitchen sink ships thrown in with their pile of proteuses. And all they have to counter logistics with is a single Armageddon. What genius of a fleet commander thought that hot mess was a good idea?
They're so bad it's hard to believe, they're an alliance so trash Marmite exude competence by comparison. They should honestly probably just stick to camping the Amarr undock, because that's about all they're fit for.
EDIT: Also 13 vs 17? Pfft that's nothing like outnumbered enough. |

We've seen their bizarre done proteuses before and our collective response was basically "wat :| " and that still stands.
Basically their fleet doctrine is bizarre and hugely vulnerable to the most traditional highsec pvp fleet doctrines of guardians + bhaalgorns + armor t3s.
It's like they're actually trying to lose any even remotely even fight they get. |

P I R A T were the only people that Sengier was able to hire when we were busy removing his alliance from the game. They died a lot and ran a lot then whined about timezones even though they were assisting of their own free will. |
